Dear Pai, good morning. I have been watching your delicious videos and of course bought your book Hot Thai Kitchen (thru my sister who lives in the US). I have been cooking Thai food but have not yet tried using your recipes. I will try your versions of my fav Thai food when I go home to Iloilo in May (to vote during our national elections). Meanwhile, I keep watching your videos and taking notes of ingredients and precious tips. I have been very interested in cooking grilled/fried flattened dried squid that I have tasted in one of the best Thai restos in our city. Suggest you feature how to cook such. And where can I possibly buy the flattening machine to be used for this purpose? Hope this is not too much of a request.

I love all your videos as each one contains valuable insights into Thai cooking - very useful for beginners and professionals. I've been to Thailand once in 2012. I plan to go there again within this year to eat, learn, and buy things Thai. Love all these. God bless and more power.
