      Hello, we tried to make the turnip cakes, but used sweet glutinous rice flour, and ended up with soft drippy turnip stuff, rather than cakes. can you tell us any reason why the recipe would turn out this way? is sweet glutinous rice flour the wrong ingredient ? could there be any other corrections we would need to make?
