    Meatless Thai Recipes

    Here are delicious Thai recipes that are vegetarian, vegan, or meatless! Some of them contain eggs, and some of them still use fish sauce or oyster sauce, but those are simple ingredients to substitute or omit.

    A simple sub for fish sauce is soy sauce, and to substitute oyster sauce you can buy "vegetarian stir fry sauce" or "vegetarian mushroom sauce" available at many Asian grocery stores.

    To get you started here are some of my favourites:

    Steamed Tofu Deluxe is one of my absolute favourite tofu dishes especially if you love soft creamy tofu.

    Vegan Thai Green Curry is a vegan version of the most popular recipe on my website!

    Kabocha squash stir fry is one of my favourite vegetable side dishes of all time and is very kid-friendly. You can omit the eggs if you're vegan!
