    There is so much more to Thai curries than the red, green and yellow you're familiar with. There are coconut-based and water-based curies, rich curries and light curries, brothy curries and dry curries, and more.

    There are also dishes that utilize curry pastes, but are not necessarily curries! Browse these recipes below to explore the breadth of variety that Thai cuisine has to offer when it comes to curries and curry pastes.
